My main hobby and passion is food. So in September of 2020, after being laid off for a few months, I decided to put my future in my own hands and start up a culinary business. Doing everything from weekly to-go meal menus and meal prep to private in home dinners, catering and cooking classes. As of June 2022, I even started doing limited seating, reservation only pop-up dinners. All of these which I genuinely enjoy. I love using the freshest ingredients I can find and really having to think outside the box and outside of my comfort zone. I definitely love a challenge!
